POLICIES

For All Services:

• No additional guests are permitted in the studio due to limited space.

• The booking fee invoice for each service is due upon receipt and is on a first-come first-serve basis.

• Clients must wear face masks due to close proximity and contact.

   Note: If you do not have a mask. You will be provided a mask at an additional cost of $1.00.

Ombre Powder Brows
North Carolina state law prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from getting a tattoo. You must be at least 18 years old and have valid ID. Appointments cancelled under 48 hours will lose the booking fee and will be required to pay a $75 re-booking fee. A 15-minute grace period will be granted for clients, after 15 minutes you will be considered a no-show and will forfeit your booking fee. A  booking fee will be required to re-book.

You are allowed one reschedule with your initial booking fee if you reschedule prior to 48 hours of your appointment. If you need a second reschedule, the first booking fee will be forfeited and a second booking fee will apply. By scheduling an appointment you agree that no refunds are provided once services are rendered.
